There have been so many horror movies with creepy kids in them that it's impossible to keep track at this stage.

Leaning heavily into the disturbed-child-with-imaginary-friend trope is Taneli Mustonen's The Twin, which sees a mother growing increasingly concerned about her son after the family moves into a large (and presumably ghost-riddled) ranch.
