Even with the legendary Eddie Murphy there on the set, the Saturday Night Live cold open couldn't resist the lure (yet again) of U.S. politics. This is one of those sketches.
At least there were guest stars. Maya Rudolph, Larry David, Rachel Dratch, Fred Armisen, and Jason Sudeikis (replacing Woody Harrelson as Joe Biden) all popped up alongside a number of more familiar SNL players in a send-up of Thursday's Democratic debate.
