Celebrities want you to imagine a world without gun violence

Every day, guns kill 100 Americans on average. In 2016, they were also the 2nd leading cause of death for children and teens in the United States. 

June 7 is Gun Violence Awareness Day, which kicks off Wear Orange Weekend, a chance for people around the country to show their support to end gun violence by wearing the color orange. 

In a new video for the Wear Orange campaign, celebrities and people who have felt the direct impact of gun violence imagine what it would be like if we lived in a world without it. For example, celebrities like Amy Schumer, Laura Dern, and Daveed Diggs discuss how they would feel safer in public places like movie theaters and classrooms.
